SAUVIGNON BLANC

The Friuli DOC is ideal for growing Sauvignon Blanc because of the proximity of the Alps to the North and a sea breeze that blows in from the Adriatic Sea to their South. This prestigious winemaking region has a history of viticulture dating back to the Romans, known for cultivating exceptional wines. Our Sauvignon Blanc is cold fermented at a controlled temperature of 12-14°C in stainless steel tanks. The alluvial plain and sandy soils of the Friuli region influence the flavor of this grape, making it a unique and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc.

Italian white wines are extremely approachable and easy to drink, due to their traditionally lighter body and lower alcohol. These wines are an excellent vehicle for countless food and wine pairing opportunities. The mouth-watering acidity of these wines can cut through even the richest sauces and cheeses, with a mineral-driven finish that lingers on the palate.
